Leon hot pot

Last year, Leon, a "hot pot" restaurant, opened its doors in Zagreb's Svetice. While this concept is innovative for Zagreb, it is actually an authentic and traditional Chinese dining experience — where you cook your own meal right at the table. In the centre of each table there is a large pot, and you can choose from more than 50 ingredients to cook in it.

You can select from several broths with varying levels of spiciness, and a wide range of ingredients including different kinds of meat, fish, crab, tofu, gyoza, lobster chips, and even lotus root slices.

The restaurant is decorated in a traditional yet simple Chinese style. And for first-time visitors who may feel unsure, there's no need to worry — the friendly staff are happy to guide you through the entire experience.
